An extremely restricted vegetarian diet, low in fat and high

habits with the cycles of nature.
Magnetotherapy
(Impulse Magnetic Field)
Following an acupuncture treatment a small magnet is taped
over the treatment point and left for a period of
approximately one week. This provides for a continuous

movement like tennis elbow and skiers knees.

A natural peat preparation (often imported from Austria),
rich in organic matter, proteins, vitamins and trace
minerals, applied to ease arches and pains. Can also be
applied on a cloth as a pack.
Movement Therapy
Based on the notion of movement as "stillness in
motion," movement therapists don't go through the
motions, they luxuriate in them. In the words of
world-renowned movement therapist Gabrille Roth "the
fastest way to still the mind is to move the body." The
oldest example of movement therapy is yoga postures, which
combine physical moves, breathing exercises, and meditation
practice. Other modalities include Tai Chi, Pilates, NIA,
Laban Bartenieff fundamentals, Alexander Technique and
Feldenkrais. (Note: Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais
include touch therapy as well.)
Naturopathy

power of nature and all natural substances.
New Age
Refers to the Aquarian Age which according to astrological
calculations we entered in February of 1962. It is the
period on this planet that has been predicted to usher in
the Golden Age of love, joy and peace on earth. It requires
our responsibility to live by nature's ways and to evolve
spiritually in order to do our part in bringing this new
world into being.
