Ozonized Baths
A tub of thermal water or sea water with a system of
jets that provide streams of ozonized bubbles, used
for relaxation and stimulation of circulation and as
an aid for the relief of minor aches and pains.
Panchakarma
Succession of cleansing and purifying treatments from
Ayurveda, using nutrition, herbs, massage and
meditative techniques aimed to restore the bodies own
ability to create health.
Panthermal
Individual lies in a wide metal tube, while hot dry
air circulates around their body (with the head
outside the tube) as they work up quite a sweat.
Gentle jets of warm soapy water then hits the body
from all directions. Panthermal is designed to break
down cellulite. It's not recommended for people who
get claustrophobic.
Parafango
Combination of mud and paraffin wax used in body
treatments, packs and wraps.
Paraffin Treatment
Warm paraffin wax is applied over the body to form a
vacuum that draws out dirt in the pores, removes dead
skin and leaves skin smooth.
Parcours
Outdoor exercise trail, usually several miles long,
with interspersed exercise stations.
Pedicure
Care of feet, toes and nails. This service typically
includes soaking feet in warm water, removing dry skin
and massaging the leg. Often the nails are polished as
well.
Phytotherapy
Healing treatment that uses herbs, essential oils,
seaweed, and herbal and floral extracts applied via
massage, packs, wraps or steam therapies
Pilates
A method of strength training through movements
involving coordinated breathing techniques.
Placenta Implants
Implantation of a tiny piece of live placenta,
generally in a small incision around the waist area,
used for the revitalization of the entire system.
Placenta regenerates new cells and renews organs and
glands retarding aging and helps overcome illness.
